| Access to Budget Setups allows a user to maintain budget configurations such as whether they are active and to control changes to budget values such as through changes to Formulas or the MassBudget form. This also provides a user to change Budgetary Controls where they are used. Budgetary controls are used to prevent dollars from being allocated to certain line items or to warn users that expenditures are encroaching on budgeted values. |
