| Journal Approval Configs allows users to set authorization limits that are used to determine enter/posting of journal entries that is required to go through the journal approval workflow. This is associated to the configuration "Allow Preparer Approval." Increase of a user's journal authorization limit, then posting of entries that would not have been approved otherwise. This could result in inappropriately posted journal entries leading to the potential misstatement of financial statements. |
