      What are the risks related to the OC158 rule related to Credit Check Config Setups?

       Changes to rules could allow a user to change the credit checking rules resulting in inappropriate shipments.  This could result in undue credit risk and/or shipments to personal addresses (if fraudulent customer is set up also).
